Today

I'm nicely sitting outside in the back yard right now, in my bathing suit top with my big belly getting a suntan. Sigh, this is the life! Sidney is only wearing her swimmer as she's in and out of her kiddie pool, on and off the slide, teasing Petey with his ball, and just generally having fun! I'm just relaxing after a busy morning of cleaing up around the house. The house was actually clean, but it was the extra stuff I did. I wiped down all the kitchen cabinets, the fridge, the bathroom including the tub and taking the shower curtain outside to srub it down. I just want to have the house in good order and clean before this baby comes so that I'm not looking at these things I need to do but have no time or energy to do.

I'm all excited to be going on a long-overdue date with my hubby tonight! We have gift certificates we're hoping to use as they're from 2007 from when we moved into our house and our really kind realter gave them to us! Let's keep our fingers crossed they still work! The restaruant changed owners in February, so they said they stopped taking certain gift certificates. Oh well, I'm not worried. They we just have to pay for some dinner! Oh, we're going to Blue Stone here in Abbotsford. We'll see how we feel afterwards, but we may see a late movie as well. we have our night of free babysitting (from altering the grad dress), so we're going to utilize it! Should be a good night! I feel sad leaving Sidney to be honest, but I know it's a good thing to have kidless date nights too! It's important for us to have the time alone. Let's hope Sidney cooperates for the sitter tonight...

Well, only a few more days until camping! Yahoo! I'm quite excited, even though I'll be 36.5 weeks pregnant when we leave and 37 weeks pregnant when we come back. I'm SO ready for baby to arrive, but not until after our camping trip! Just one last jaunt before his/her arrival!

Well, I should go and get Sidney inside as she's been in the direct sun, with sunscreen, don't worry! for the last hour and a half and I really don't want her to get sunburned. SO, off I'm going; have a great Saturday night, I hope I will! Have a blessed Sunday and we'll see some of you in the next week! Can't wait!!!
