Movements

I'm sitting here on the couch bored, Byron's passed out on the other couch for the last 2 hours, so I've had LOTS of free time. I've poked around here and there on the internet and have no where else to look. I don't want to get up as I really, really have to pee, but this baby is moving around off and on and I don't want it to stop!!!! I'm afraid if I get up and come back to the couch, it's not going to move anymore. This past weekend Byron was able to feel it move for the first time. I've been able to feel it for 7 weeks or so, but now I can share in this special time with him which to me is very exciting! It's just a way we can bond before this baby makes it appearance in about 22 more weeks!!!!!! AHHHH!!!! I can't believe we're going on 18 weeks on Saturday! I have my ultrasound booked for April ?, but I'll be 21 weeks. VERY excited and I just pray that everything will be normal for our baby. I'm not showing very much, more so at night, so that's why I haven't posted any preggo pix of myself for you who are interested. I feel mostly bloated and fat, but hey, it's all part of it! In a few weeks I won't even remember this stage (yeah right, but it'll be a better feeling). This week has been busy for me. I've been gone everyday this week and I have NOWHERE to go until Sunday forsure, oh, I will have to pick up milk sometime, but that's different. Byron's off for the next 2 days, so it'll be nice to have time together again. We're hoping he gets called in for an overtime shift this weekend, but if not, we'll enjoy it too. Sidney ended up waking up with a cold on Wed morning, so now we're dealing with that. I went to the USA today with a friend and her daughter and spent most of the day out there, so poor Sidney only napped for about 15 minutes :(, so she was PRETTY tired by bedtime. So, it'll be good for her to be home the next 2-3 days, we'll see if we take her to church on Sunday or not. It sucks, I hadn't taken her to church for the last 2 or 3 Sundays b/c she was sick, then the time we take her again b/c she's finally been free of being sick for a week, and she gets hit with it again. Grr, I really hate it! Enough from me though. I'm sure you mom's are all in the same boat and don't really feel like listening to me rant and rave about it. Then I should just keep her home, but she really loves playing with the other kids and I really love going to church WITH Byron, not alone. Anywho, I picked up my new stroller today that I had ordered off the internet. I had it shipped to my sister's in the USA as the company wouldn't send it to Canada, so I brought it home today! It's a Phil & Teds and so far used it for 15 minutes or so and I really like it! I don't like the fact that we may need a new tire for a wheel as the guy at the tire shop who inflated the tire OVERinflated it so it warped a bit, but we'll see. Sidney really likes it that she threw a hissy fit tonight when we took her out (we had it set up in the living room for me to show Byron), but considering she was tired didn't help either. So, we'll have to take it for a spin tomorrow to try it out. Let's hope the weather holds out though! I don't know what it's supposed to be like, but we'll see when we wake up!! Well, it's getting late, I'm blabbing, baby has gone to sleep and so I REALLY should get to the bathroom, wake Byron, get ready for bed, and HOPEFULLY be in bed in about 10-15 minutes. Haha, Byron has to take out the garbage yet, so in that time, I'll get myself ready, maybe get my first pregnacy massage tonight? Sigh, I'm dreaming, I know.
