Just waiting around for Christina to come so that we can go to Sidney's church baby shower! Should be lots of fun too. Byron's off to work tonight and for the rest of the week he's on night shifts. Not our favourite, but such is life. He only works 1 week of nights and 2 weeks of days so we can't complain. Being a mom so far is so rewarding and fun!! We just love seeing Sidney's little coo's and smiles. Everyday is another new sound and more smiles! We know that she can take the bottle too so sometime we'll give it a try to go on a date sometime. Any takers for her?? With Byron on night shifts, I really don't like to go out as he only has a few hours with his girls, so this week is a nice relaxing one. I find that often I'm on the go and knowing that Sidney doesn't really like the car seat makes going out even harder. Another advantage of staying home is so I can use cloth diapers on her, not Pampers. They cost too much money to use them all the time!! Sidney has had 3 diaper rashes so far as well, so cloth seems to help that too. I know that nieces and nephews on the Bergsma side were prone to them too, so I'm prepared to constantly battle them. I'll also post some pix from Sidney from the last few days. I know she's dressed in a orange pj, so she may look boyish, but I love it b/c I really like the 2 piece pj's compared to sleepers sometime. Also she's hanging out with her (hopefully someday) best bud. Pete sure loves to sniff her when he see's her. He's not in the house often but his water would freeze so fast and thick I felt bad for him so he could sleep in the house for 2 nights. I hate vacumming dog hair everyday!!
