Mt Baker
Today Byron and I headed up to Mt. Baker in Washington, USA for a day of snowboarding. Sorry, no pictures. We were up at the mountain just before 9 and had a couple of good runs before the fresh powder got pushed aside and the ice was hit. It wasn't too busy. We never really had to wait for 2 lifts before we could get on. When we started this morning, it was snowing and a BIT foggy at top. There wasn't too much wind, only at the top of the lift. The sun did end up poking it's way through the clouds for most of the day. We ended up calling it quits around 2 as the sun had gone away and the way the light was, it really messed up being able to see the run properly as in you didn't know if there was a bump or not. So, all in all, it was well worth it, but we'll defiately be feeling it tomorrow! My one leg is sore, but that's about it. Neither one of us had any tumbles, which we're thankful for. Well, Sidney is in bed and I'm going to head to bed within the next hour, so, that's all for now!
